Recovering from anorexia at 18 and burnout 8 years later taught me some hard-earned lessons and gave me the drive to ensure no-one else's careers, creativity and confidence stall the way mine did. No — it’s wellbeing + performance so you can execute without burning out.

Is this for fat loss / muscle building?
You might see body changes as a side effect. But BFB is designed for
capacity — confidence, energy, and presence that make founder-life sustainable.

Do I need a gym?
No. You’ll have a home option and a gym option each session — choose what fits.

Should I do both gym AND home?
No — choose one pathway. The other exists as backup for travel/busy weeks.

How much time does it take?
Minimum viable is
~1 hour/week training + 5–10 mins/day anchor habits.

What if I’ve tried routines before and always fall off?
That’s the one problem BFB is designed to solve: wellbeing that stops feeling like another job.

Is this medical care?
No. This is coaching and education. If you’re in crisis, please seek clinical support alongside any programme.

What if I have a history of disordered eating?
Meal Mapping is supportive and non-punitive. Safety first — you can adapt or opt out of tracking if needed.

What happens in the first 12 weeks

  • Week 1: Calibration week to set the foundations
