FAQs
Is this business coaching?
No — it’s wellbeing + performance so you can execute without burning out.
Do I need a gym?
No. You’ll have a Gym option and a Home option each session — choose what fits.
Should I do both Gym AND Home?
No — choose one pathway. The other exists as backup for travel/busy weeks.
How much time does it take?
Minimum viable: ~1 hour/week training + 5–10 mins/day anchor habits (optional).
Is nutrition required?
No. Meal Mapping is an optional bonus — use it if it supports you, skip it if you already have food handled.
Is this for fat loss / muscle building?
You might see body changes as a side effect. But BFB is designed for capacity: confidence, energy, and presence that make founder-life sustainable.
What if I have a history of disordered eating?
Meal Mapping is supportive and non-punitive — and optional. You can adapt or opt out of tracking. Safety first.
Is this medical care?
No. This is coaching + education. If you’re in crisis, please seek clinical support alongside any programme.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — it’s hands-off. Cancel auto-renew inside your account. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
When do I start?
You’ll get access immediately after checkout. Cohort begins 27 April 2026.
A bit about me...
I’m Rachel — a personal trainer and Performance & Alignment coach. I trained my whole life as a dancer until anorexia stopped me, and burnout later taught me the same lesson again: high-achieving women don’t need more wellness noise — they need a system that actually supports them.
BFB is the movement-first framework I wish I’d had earlier: strength, mobility, and grounded practices that rebuild self-trust — so you can run your business without running yourself into the ground.
